Our Delaware’s are more famous for their meat rather than eggs. At WinBee Farms, our Delaware produce 4 large brown colored eggs a week. They very calm and lovely hens with black feathers of the tip of the tails and around the necks. Delawares perform better during winter seasons, however, it becomes a necessity to rub petroleum jelly on their combs to prevent them from frostbites.
